Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently or until mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
- Remove rolls from package but do not separate. Cut entire package of rolls in half horizontally, leaving bottom half slightly thicker than top half. Place bottom half of rolls in 13x9-inch baking dish, cut side up. Layer 4 slices cheese over bottom half of rolls. Top with roast beef, mushrooms and remaining cheese. Place top half of rolls, cut side down, on top of the cheese.
- Melt remaining butter. Mix butter with garlic powder and parsley in a small bowl. Brush on tops of rolls with butter mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in medium saucepan. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Serve gravy with sliders for dipping.
