- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add plant-based protein; cook and stir about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. (Internal temperature reaches 165°F.)
- Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
Tab's Tip: Substitute 5 cups cut-up veggies in place of the plant-based ground protein. Use a combo of bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn & cauliflower. Prepare as directed, cooking until tender-crisp.
