Ingredients

  • Labneh
  • 4 cups labneh
  • 4 teaspoons Za'atar Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons Za'atar Seasoning
  • 4 each pita, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 16 each carrots, 1/2-inch sticks
  • 16 each celery, 1/2-inch sticks
  • 16 each red bell pepper, 1/2-inch sticks

Za'atar Labneh

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Labneh and first amount of McCormick Culinary Za'atar Seasoning until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until service. Make a minimum of 1 hour in advance of serving to allow flavors to blend.

Service

  1. For one shareable serving, plate 1 cup of Za'atar Labneh in desired serving dish. Use the back of a spoon to create a decorative indentation.
  2. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon McCormick Culinary Za'atar Seasoning.
  3. Serve along side 8 wedges of pita bread and 4 pieces of each vegetable; carrot, celery, and red bell pepper.
