  • 2 cups cashews, raw, unsalted
  • 2 cups almonds, raw, unsalted
  • 2 cups melba crackers, slightly, crushed
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Za'atar Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Set oven to 275°F. In a bowl, combine nuts, crackers, and raisins. Drizzle with oil and toss until ingredients are evenly coated. Sprinkle with Za'atar, salt, and pepper. Mix until seasonings are evenly distributed.
