- 1 cup Feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
- 1/3 cup Ricotta cheese, full fat
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 teaspoons Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon assorted nuts, such as pistachios, almonds or walnuts, garnish, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dill, fresh, garnish, chopped
- 2 teaspoons parsley, fresh, garnish, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds, White garnish
- Hot Honey Drizzle
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning

Instructions
Tangy Feta Dip
- In a food processor, combine feta, ricotta, sour cream, olive oil and Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning; pulse until smooth. Hold refrigerated for service.
- In a bowl, mix nuts, dill, parsley and sesame seed. Hold for service.
Hot Honey Drizzle
- Heat honey just until warm. Combine with Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning. Let stand 5 minutes for flavors to blend. Hold warm for service.
- Spoon Feta Dip into shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with Hot Honey and sprinkle with nut mixture. Serve with crudité, pita chips or breadsticks.
