Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup bulgar wheat, cracked
- 3 tablespoons McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, 1/2-inch dice
- 1 1/2 cups parsley, freshly, coarse, chopped
- 1/3 cup mint, freshly, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, Whole freshly, ground

Instructions
- In a heavy bottom pot, bring water to a boil. Add bulgur wheat and McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More Seasoning Mix. Mix well, cover, and reduce heat to a light simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until most of the water is absorbed and wheat is tender.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, combine cooked bulgur with, tomatoes, parsley, mint, oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well, and hold refrigerated for service.
