Sweet Chili Shrimp Flatbread

Sweet chili infused shrimp layered on a crispy flatbread with veggies, fresh herbs, pickled ginger and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • Thai Herb Sweet Chili Glaze
  • 1 1/4 cups Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thai basil, chopped
  • Pizza
  • 4 each flatbread, medium, par-baked
  • 1 1/3 cups [MISSING PRODUCT – REVIEW]
  • 1 1/3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 40 each shrimp, 26/30, peeled and deveined, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons green bell peppers, 3/8-inch dice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 teaspoons pickled ginger, thin sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds, White, toasted

Thai Herb Sweet Chili Glaze

  1. In a bowl, combine together sweet chili sauce, orange juice, cilantro, and basil. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until service.

Service

  1. Set oven to 400°F. Spread crust with 1/3 cup glaze, leaving a 1/2“ border around the edges. Top with 1/3 cup cheese, 10 shrimp and 1 1/2 teaspoons green pepper.
  2. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  3. Cut as desired, garnish with 1 Tablespoon cilantro leaves, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, and 1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
