A unique Asian inspired dog with a fresh pickled slaw and a spread that's a creamy blend of French's® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard and mayonnaise with a good blast of sriracha heat.

Ingredients

  • Sriracha Mustard
  • 1/4 cup [MISSING PRODUCT – REVIEW]
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Seasoning
  • Sriracha Mustard Hot Dog
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar, seasoned
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup daikon, julienne
  • 1/2 cup carrot, julienne
  • 1/3 cup red onion, julienne
  • 4 each hot dog buns, warmed
  • 1/4 cup [MISSING PRODUCT – REVIEW]
  • 4 each hot dogs
  • 4 teaspoons cilantro leaves

Sriracha Mustard

  1. In a bowl, combine dijon mustard, mayonnaise and sriracha seasoning. Whisk until fully incorporated. Hold refrigerated for service.

Prep

  1. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar and sugar. Whisk well to dissolve sugar.
  2. Add daikon, carrot and red onion. Toss until well coated. Hold refrigerated for service.

Service

  1. For each serving, cook hot dog as desired. Spread 2 teaspoons sriracha mustard on the insides of a warm bun. Fill bun along both sides with 1/4 cup slaw. Top with hot dog.
  2. Drizzle hot dog with 1 teaspoon sriracha mustard and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve hot.
