- Heat olive oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add crushed red pepper, toasting just until fragrant. Remove from heat. Cool completely.
- Beat butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add red pepper-infused oil; mix until well blended. Add Hot Sauce, honey and garlic powder. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Hold at room temperature for service, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
