Ingredients
- 1 gallon water
- 12 ounces beer
- 1/2 cup OLD BAY® Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 4 ears fresh corn, blanched, halved
- 12 each red potatoes, medium, blanched, quartered
- 16 pieces smoked sausage, 2-inch bias cut
- 4 pounds shrimp, 21/25, shells on
- 1 cup scallions, sliced

Instructions
Service
- In a stock pot, on high heat, combine water, beer, OLD BAY®, and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- For each serving, place 2 corn, 12 potato wedges, 2 onion wedges, 4 pieces cut sausage, and 1 lb shrimp in boiling water until shrimp reaches 145°F internal temperature. Remove from seasoned water and drain.
- Serve in a bowl, season with additional OLD BAY, and garnish with 1/4 cup scallions. Serve hot.
