Ingredients
- Mango Habanero Guacamole
- 8 each avocados ripe, mashed, diced
- 1 cup red onions, chopped
- 1 cup roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 cup Mango Habanero Wings Sauce
- 1 cup pineapple grilled, diced
- Garnish
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 each lime cut into four wedges

Prep
- Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados.
- In a bowl, combine mashed avocadoes, tomatoes, red onions, lime juice and cilantro. Fold in pineapple chunks and Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Sauce until well incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole to prevent oxidization.
Service
- For each serving place guacamole in 8oz bowls and finish with a garnish of 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cilantro and a lime wedge per serving.
