  • 1 pound tuna, sashimi grade, 1/4-inch dice
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ Poke Dressing
  • 4 ounces cucumber, seedless, 1/4-inch dice
  • 3 ounces avocado, 1/4-inch dice
  • 3 ounces mango, 1/4-inch dice
  • 1 ounce green onion, thinly sliced on bias
  • 1 1/2 ounces white onion, julienned
  • 1 1/2 ounces seaweed salad
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresno pepper, fine dice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nori, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white and black sesame seeds
