Compound Butter
- In a bowl, mix butter and Seasoning until well blended.
- Hold at room temperature for service, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
Montreal Steak
- Coat steak with Seasoning about 10 minutes before cooking. Hold for service.
Service
- Over hot grill or cast-iron pan, cook steak until desired doneness (about 6 to 8 minutes for medium).
- Top with Compound Butter and serve.
