- 1/2 cup Garlic Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Loaded Tater Tots
- 2 cups garlic buffalo poutine gravy
- 1 pound tater tots
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Nashville Hot Seasoning, divided
- 6 ounces chicken and, shredded, diced
- 4 ounces cheese curds
- 1 1/2 ounces bacon crumbles
- 3/4 ounce blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Garlic Buffalo Poutine Gravy
- In a small pot over medium low heat, melt butter. Slowly whisk in flour and stir to combine. Whisk constantly until a blonde roux forms. Slowly drizzle in beer and whisk to combine.
- Whisk in chicken stock and garlic buffalo hot sauce, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Adjust desired thickness with additional chicken stock if desired. Hold for service.
Garlic Buffalo Poutine Loaded Tater Tots
- Deep fry tater tots at 375°F until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and toss with 1 1/2 teaspoon Nashville Hot Seasoning then add to sizzle plate or heat proof serving dish.
- Toss chicken with remaining Nashville Hot Seasoning and top the tater tots. Add cheese curds and place under a broiler until cheese is melted. Remove and add garlic buffalo poutine gravy over top. Garnish with bacon crumbles, blue cheese, and green onions.
