- 2 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats, wing tips removed
- 2 tablespoons Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic
- Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Bourbon Glaze
- 5 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
- Garnish
- 2 teaspoons Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic

Wings
- Season wings with Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Seasoning, tossing to coat well. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Bourbon Glaze
- In saucepot over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour to make a brown roux. Deglaze with bourbon, allowing alcohol to burn off.
- Add Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Seasoning, honey, and soy sauce; simmer 1 minute. Add lime juice and remove from heat. Hold warm for service.
Service
- Set fryer to 350°F. For each serving, fry 1/2-pound wings 6 to 7 minutes or until crispy and cooked through. Drain well.
- Toss wings with warm Glaze and sprinkle with Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Seasoning to garnish. Serve immediately.
