Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonesa con Limón
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Cholula® Chili Lime Seasoning plus additional, if desired, for garnish
- 8 each sweet corn ears, fresh, husk and silks removed
- 1/2 cup Cotija cheese crumbled
- lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions
Prep
- Combine mayonesa and chili lime seasoning in bowl; hold cold for service.
Service
- Grill corn over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over corn; sprinkle with Cotija cheese and additional chili lime seasoning, if desired. Serve immediately, with lime wedges, if desired.
