- 4 each flatbread crust, 12-inch, par-baked
- 2 cups Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
- 1 quart Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pound pork shoulder, braised or smoked, pulled
- 3 cups red onion, julienne
- 4 teaspoons cilantro leaves

Service
- Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 flatbread with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2" border along edge.
- Cover with 1 cup mozzarella, 4 ounces pulled pork, and 3/4 cup onions.
- Bake until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 teaspoon cilantro. Serve hot.
