- 1 quart distilled water
- 2 cups blueberries organic, crushed
- 1 cup groundcherry ( ), optional, crushed, peeled
- 1 cup fennel bulb thinnly, sliced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lavender
- 1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed

- In a pot over medium-high heat combine water, blueberries, groundcherries (if using), fennel, vinegar, honey, lavender, salt, and fennel seed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool completely. Sour can be strained at this point or held with fruit and strained for service. Hold refrigerated until needed.
