- 1 tablespoon Korean BBQ Gochujang Style Seasoning
- Korean Burgers
- 1 beef, Ground
- 1 each green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, salted
- 4 each eggs over easy, fried
- 4 each sesame seed buns, toasted
- 1 cup kimchi and, coarsely chopped, drained
- 12 each pickle chips

Spicy Mayonnaise
- In a bowl, combine kewpie mayonnaise and Korean BBQ seasoning. Whisk well. Hold refrigerated for service.
Korean BBQ Sauce
- In a bowl combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce and Korean BBQ Seasoning; whisking to blend. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
- Grill 1 burger patty over medium heat until cooked through, brushing with Korean BBQ sauce while cooking.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter on flat top griddle. Fry 1 egg for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside for service.
- To assemble burger, spread 1 tablespoon of BBQ mayo on cut sides of base and crown of bun. Layer bun with grilled burger, 1/4 cup kimchee and 3 pickle chips. Top with the fried egg and crown of bun.
