Ingredients
- 4 each beef tri-tips portions, 6 oz
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons [MISSING PRODUCT – REVIEW]
- 12 each slider buns
- butter, as needed
- 3/4 cup Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
- 1 1/2 cups [MISSING PRODUCT – REVIEW]

Prep
- In a bowl, coat tri-tip portions with oil. Sprinkle with smokehouse seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 tri-tip to desired doneness. Allow to rest. Butter 3 slider buns and toast.
- Slice tri-tips 1/4" thick and distribute over three bun halves. Top each portion of meat with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, 1/2 slice of cheese and 2 tablespoons of slaw. Serve hot.
