  • Sweet Potato Wedges
  • 2 sweet potatoes, medium, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • Cotija cheese crumbled
  • Lime Crema
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema - Substitutessour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
