Makes 6 servings
You Will Need:
1 pkg. McCormick sauce Mix
2 Tbsp. oil; 1-1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in Sauce Mix and water. 3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with McCormick Paprika or Parsley Flakes, and serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
Beef Paprikash: Add 1/2 cup each chopped onion and bell pepper with beef; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. tomato paste and 1 tsp. McCormick Paprika with Sauce Mix. Continue as directed.
Herbed Beef Stroganoff: Add 2 tsp. McCormick Tarragon Leaves with the Sauce Mix and water.
