- Place grapes in freezer-safe bowl. Freeze overnight.
- Add frozen grapes and honey into a blender container or food processor. Cover. Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Scoop sorbet into small bowls. Sprinkle with Finishing Salt and serve immediately.
Tip: Serve immediately for a soft, scoopable texture, or freeze for 30 to 60 minutes for a firmer sorbet.
