  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, about 35 to 40 crackers
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • 3 cups (18 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Chopper’s Cotton Candy Finishing Sugar from McCormick® One Piece Spice Kit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange crackers on baking sheet in single layer, lining up so that edges almost touch.
  2. Mix butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Pour caramel mixture over crackers, spreading to coat evenly. 
  3. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread chocolate into an even layer. Sprinkle with Finishing Sugar. Cool slightly. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or freeze 30 to 45 minutes or until firm.
  4. Break or cut into pieces to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
