Honey Chipotle Chicken Salad with High Protein Ranch Dressing
Made With:
This Honey Chipotle Chicken Salad is the kind of meal your friends and family will rave about long after you serve it. Tender, thinly sliced chicken breast is marinated in a smoky-sweet blend of lime and McCormick Honey Chipotle Finishing Salt, then grilled to juicy perfection and sliced. Served over a crisp romaine based salad loaded with cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and creamy feta. The real star? A high-protein ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt that’s tangy, herbaceous, and just a little sweet — proof that healthy dressings don’t have to taste like a compromise. Fresh, bold, and packed with protein, this salad is your new go-to for a satisfying cookout addition, potluck, or family dinner that actually keeps you full.
