Pour stock in medium saucepan. Add corn starch; whisk until well blended. Stir in drippings, salt, black pepper and thyme.
Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. (Makes 2 cups)
