Key products

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions. Drain, but do not rinse.  
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large pot or deep pan. Add tomatoes and a generous pinch of salt. Sauté 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil, Minced Garlic Paste and balsamic vinegar.  Mix well and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes longer, until sauce has thickened. 
  3. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and use tongs to mix well. Serve topped with additional Lightly Dried Basil and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
