Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and Old Bay Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cabbage and carrots; toss to coat well. Cover.
Refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay Seasoning, if desired.
My favorite coleslaw. Sometimes I substitute some plain yogurt for the mayo. And I always use agave instead of sugar, because it is low glycemic.
