Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Flavor Cube in a small bowl; crush with a spoon or spatula until crumbled. Stir in brown sugar and oil until well blended.
Place salmon on a large sheet pan. Rub evenly with half of the seasoning mixture. Toss asparagus with the remaining seasoning mixture; set aside.
Roast salmon 10 minutes. Carefully remove sheet pan from oven. Arrange asparagus around the salmon and return to oven to roast 10 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender.
