1 Mix flour and seasoned salt in shallow dish. Dip steaks into milk then coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping to use up milk and flour.
2 Fry steaks in hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
3 Meanwhile, stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with wire whisk in 2-quart saucepan. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute. Serve gravy over steak.
