- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion blend
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup long grain rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook and stir 5 minutes.
- 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
