For Ancho Chamoy Sauce, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 5 days. (This makes enough sauce for 6 cocktails.)
For each cocktail shaker of Chamoy Mango Sunrise, fill cocktail shaker half full with cracked ice. Add 1/2 cup vodka, 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, 1/4 cup mango puree, 2 tablespoons Ancho Chamoy Sauce, 2 teaspoons agave nectar and 2 teaspoons lime juice; shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into 2 short beverage glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 6 cocktails.
