Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan on low heat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Steak Seasoning and garlic powder. Mash potatoes, gradually adding milk, sour cream and butter. Mix until potatoes are fluffy.
Serve immediately. Or, spoon into lightly buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish; cover. Keep warm in 250°F oven until ready to serve (up to 1 hour).
