- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Flavor Maker Veggie Topping Seasoning
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 1 cup)
- 1 small zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 1 cup)

Instructions
- Mix oil, vinegar and Flavor Maker Seasoning in small bowl. Place veggies in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade, turning to coat well.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove veggies from marinade. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing. Alternately thread vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until veggies are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining marinade.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with beef and vegetables. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
