Sink your teeth into these low and slow Carolina BBQ ribs. They’re rubbed with a tangy, savory blend of French's® Yellow Mustard and McCormick® Grill Mates® Applewood Rub, bringing bold flavor to every tender, tasty bite.

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of the mustard, 2 tablespoons of the Rub and honey in a small bowl. Reserve mustard sauce for basting.
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of each rack of ribs. Rub ribs evenly on both sides with remaining 1/4 cup mustard. Sprinkle evenly with remaining Rub.
  3. Prepare grill for indirect medium-low heat (275°F to 300°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to high. Once preheated, turn burner on 1 side to medium-high. Turn off burner(s) on other side. Place ribs on unlit side of grill. Close lid.
  4. Grill 2 to 3 hours or until ribs are tender and meat starts to pull away from bones. Baste ribs with mustard sauce. Grill 15 minutes longer or until browned.

Oven Directions: Prepare ribs as directed. Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 1 1/2 hours or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Baste with remaining mustard sauce, broil 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
