Go bold tonight with this recipe for Southwest Style Grilled Chicken. Marinate meat in Grill Mates® Smokehouse Mesquite Marinade and brush with a warm cilantro-lime butter sauce for a new cookout favorite.
Reserve 1 tablespoon Marinade; set aside. Place chicken and remaining Marinade in large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add cilantro, lime juice, and reserved Marinade. Brush chicken with warm cilantro lime butter before serving.
