Instructions

  • Pierce holes on all sides of meat with fork. Place in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1 package Marinade. Turn to coat well. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

  • Prepare grill for indirect medium heat (350°F to 375°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to high. Turn burner on 1 side to medium-high. Turn off burner(s) on other side.

  • Remove pork from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Place pork directly on lit side of grill. Cook 10 minutes per side or until pork forms a crust.

  • Carefully wrap pork in heavy foil or place in disposable pan and cover with foil. Place on unlit side of grill. Close grill lid. Grill 2 1/2 hours or until internal temperature of thickest part reaches 210ºF to 215ºF.
