Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Tri Tip Seasoning
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 5 bone-in pork chops, trimmed (about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk Seasoning, oil, cilantro, lime juice and water in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place pork chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
