  • 1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Zesty Herb Polska Kielbasa Loop Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium Gala apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 package (32 ounces) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Caraway Seed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Grill kielbasa as directed on package. Cool slightly. Cut kielbasa into slices.
  • 2 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, apple and sugar; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in sauerkraut and caraway seed. Reduce heat to low; cook 20 to 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend, stirring occasionally. Stir in kielbasa; cook until heated through.
