Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bacon in a single layer on a paper towel-lined microwaveable plate. Cover with 1 layer of paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is partially cooked, set aside.
Rub seasoning evenly over pork tenderloin. Mix preserves and water; set aside.
Wrap tenderloin with bacon slices, securing ends with toothpicks, if needed. Place bacon wrapped tenderloin, seam side down, on rack. Place rack in shallow baking pan.
Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway through cooking. Brush with preserve mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking.
