Ingredients 12 (1 skewer) Servings

  • 1 pound jumbo (21 to 25 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Honey Hickory Rub
  • 24 fresh pineapple chunks, (about 1-inch chunks)
  • 12 (8-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Toss shrimp with Rub in large bowl until evenly coated.
  • 2 Alternately thread 2 shrimp and 2 pineapple chunks onto each skewer.
  • 3 Grill over medium heat 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Brush with honey during the last minute of cooking.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
