Heat oil in large nonstick skillet medium-high heat. Brown chops on both sides; remove from skillet. Stir in reserved flour mixture, brown sugar and vinegar. Stir in beans, pineapple and bell pepper
Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are desired doneness. Sprinkle with chopped green onions
