- Cook wings fully to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Immediately after cooking, toss wings with 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of wings.
- For a saucy wing, combine the 2 tablespoons of seasoning with 2 tablespoons of hot water and toss with wings.
