- 4 each bolillo roll split
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Classic Yellow Mustard
- 12 ounces ham, sliced
- 8 ounces pork shoulder smoked or braised, pulled
- 1/2 cup Potato Sticks
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 12 each dill pickle slices

- Set panini press to medium high. For each serving, spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on one side and 1 tablespoon of mustard on the other side of the bolillo.
- Add 3 ounces ham, 2 ounces pull pork, 2 tablespoons potato sticks, 2 slices swiss cheese, and 3 slices dill pickles. Place in panini press and close, grilling until cheese is melted.
- Remove from press and cut in half. Serve hot.
