Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender-crisp
Stir in milk, water and Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in steak. Place cheese slices on top of pasta. Cover. Cook 2 minutes longer or until cheese starts to melt
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
