Juicy, Cajun-flavored turkey burgers in less than 30 minutes? Yes! Mix ground turkey with two of the three ingredients traditionally found in the “holy trinity” of Cajun cooking – bell pepper and celery. Add Zatarain’s® Cajun Hot Sauce and bread crumbs to form patties. Grill and garnish with red onion and Zatarain’s® Spicy Creole Mustard for a final hit of heat.
Mix ground turkey, bell pepper, celery, 3 tablespoons of the hot sauce and bread crumbs in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 5 patties.
Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), brushing with remaining hot sauce.
Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
