Cook sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add water and Rice Mix to skillet; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
Meanwhile, melt butter in another skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir until firm
Stir cooked bacon and eggs into rice mixture until well blended. Sprinkle with green onion
