Aaron always knew that one day he was going to turn food into his career! His love for all things delicious started as a kid while watching his dad cook as a hobby, and binge watching the Food Network after school (not the typical 9 year old routine). Aaron decided to take his passion for food to the next level. He went on to earn a degree in Business Management from Towson University, and later a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
Although being classically trained and working in the industry built his professional foundation, he believes in cooking from the heart and soul. For each recipe, he takes his down-home cooking traditions and combines them with his classical culinary techniques! He believes that food can stand the test of time and bring people together despite their differences.
His philosophy on cooking is simple. Cooking is only complicated when we make it that way. He wants to create a space for anyone who loves sharing food with the people around them.
