Mollie is a trained pastry chef who knew from an early age that she loved sugar. After bringing in homemade cupcakes in elementary school for a project, she saw how food could be an outlet for happiness.

Mollie leads the Flavor University program, teaching employees and customers all about McCormick products, how to use them, and of course how to cook with them in unexpected ways. In her free time, Mollie can be found in the woods foraging, and playing around with recipes that have locally sourced and sustainable ingredients!
