Stephanie’s love for cooking started early—at her mom’s side in the kitchen, proudly wielding the stirring spoon as the go-to helper for every family meal. When she began her career as a Sensory Technician at McCormick, her passion truly came to life. There, she supported both employee and consumer testing, often working with recipes developed by the Test Kitchen—giving her a firsthand look at how flavor, function, and creativity come together. When the opportunity came to join the Test Kitchen, she jumped at it. As a Culinary Technician, she rolled up her sleeves to develop and test new recipes alongside chefs and culinary experts. (It’s a dream gig when you really love food and aren’t afraid to try something new.) After a few years—and a brief run as the unofficial hand model—Stephanie transitioned into a more behind-the-scenes role as the editor and publisher of all North American recipe content. These days, if there’s a recipe going out the door, chances are she’s had her hands (and eyes) on it.

Outside of content calendars and cross-testing the next big flavor trend, you’ll find her on her small farm in southern Pennsylvania—cutting lots of grass, tending a (very) small herd of beef cattle, and soaking up as much offline time as possible.
